Delivery & Pickup

We will deliver, setup and remove in the hire price

We will deliver. We have a team of installers to ensure you get your equipment. 

Your hire price is all inclusive of our team arriving and setting up the equipment, walking you through operating instructions and safety before we leave and then we go away and come back at the conslusion of your hire to pack it up. 

We will call all bookings the day prior to your event to confirm the booking details with you again, go over any last minute details and advise on our delivery and pickup times to give you added piece of mind that we have everything sorted for a smooth event. 

Unlike a lot of our competitiors we are not just a mum and dad operator running a few castles on the side of a weekend. This is our business, this is our bread and butter and how we support our family and that of our employees. If one of us cant deliver we have a whole team ready and waiting to jump in to ensure we do not dissapoint. 

All our installers over 18 years have a Working with Children's Check and have completed their Infection Control training. You can be assured we take pride in our presentation with all installers easily identified with their clean and professional unifom.

Our family business is not just the four of us, its every employee we bring into the team. Together we are all here to make sure your family has the most enjoyable experience we can possible help create. 

We value our staff so we do not pay cash in hand like many of our competitors do so that our staff have the security of workcover, super and an emplyment history. We treat every single junior installer the way we would want our teenage children to be treated in a first job. We involve the parents of the junior installers where they wish to be involved so they can rest assured we are looking after their children as they enter the workforce. Our senior installers and their families become part of our family and we strive to help them achieve their goals that brought them to us to begin with. 

We encourage a fun, friendly, family environment at Aarons Amusements because that's what we value. If we instil this culture into our workplace then our employees will provide that same value when delivering to our customers.
